LIVESTOCK EXPO

May 16th, 17th, 18th at the Windsor
Fairgrounds

This will be Maine’s 2nd annual
Livestock Show and Sale for beef
cattle, boer goats and sheep and
Maine’s 3rd annual Club Lamb Market
Sale.

We are in the early planning stages for
the 2008 NELE event and we are
looking for VOLUNTEERS  to help out
in ALL aspects of the event.  

•        Solicitation for donations in the
Youth Programs

•        Help in the set-up
•        Help in the clean up after the
event
•        Help in the show and sale rings
•        Help with registrations upon
arrival
•        Help with directing campers
•        Helping the youth with their
animals

Understanding that not everyone can
help for all three days, we would value
your participation in the day you had
available.  If you don’t have the
capability or availability of helping out
in May but would like to assist us in
some other fashion, we could really
use your telephone skills in calling for
solicitation. If you purchase grain or
farm supplies locally in your area and
you feel comfortable asking the
proprietors for a donation towards the
event, that would be wonderful.  We
have several categories of solicitation
and that can be obtained by calling the
organizers.
